The novel coronavirus panic, COVID-19, has infected hundreds of thousands worldwide, loosing life, raising fear and anxiety among the general world population. 

There’s still an air of mystery surrounding this illness, many like you have reached out to me, I'm here to help you,  I want to provide valuable insights and observations, but one thing’s for sure — like other viral infections, boosting your immunity, building up resistance along with practicing proper hygiene are all extremely essential to safeguard your health.

Wash your hands, As you touch surfaces and objects throughout the day, germs, viruses and bacteria stick on your hands. You can infect yourself with these germs by simply touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Although it's impossible to keep your hands germ-free, washing your hands frequently can help limit the transfer of bacteria, viruses and other microbes. A tip that I give is to picture your hands as if they were covered with green glitter. Scrub the entire surface clean, between the fingers and fingernails, scrub them for at least 30 seconds with warm/hot water and with good strong soap and or use hand sanitizer.
